Born and raised on the west coast, Phoenix always had a laid back attitude towards life. Upon graduating highschool, Phoenix opted not to go to college, and decided instead to go on a journey of self discovery. His parents were not supportive of his decision, and said that he'd be on his own if he didn't go to college.
While on his journey, he spent time in the Amazon. It was there he learned capoeira, which he uses as the basis for most of his striking moves. After this, Phoenix spent time in Europe and eastern Asia where he learned yoga as well as meditation. Content with his journey, Phoenix returned to America.
Upon returning to America, Phoenix realized had two hundred dollars to his name. Having nowhere to go, Phoenix had two options: become a male prostitute, or become an internet celebrity. Phoenix chose the latter, and invested his money in buying a camera to record himself. Phoenix taped himself doing various stunts, whether it was doing a standing flip or doing a 1080 off a diving board. These videos did not make him an internet celebrity as he had hoped, but it did get the attention of the owner of the Power Wrestling Federation.
Phoenix was contacted by the owner to join the fed, and jumped at the chance at having a real job. Phoenix spent time learning wrestling under Orange Eagle, with whom he would team up to become the tagteam known as the Firebirds in PWF.
After PWF folded, Phoenix joined Full Scale Pro wrestling, where he immediately became a fan favorite. Phoenix found success in the No Limits division, once going so far as to use a toilet in a match. Phoenix would go on to win the No Limits title several times. Phoenix fought in some of the most brutal matches in the history of FSP, and establishing himself as a true No Limits wrestler. After the closing of FSP, Phoenix went on his way, finding work here and there to get more cash.
Phoenix eventually found his way to High Octane Wrestling, where he currently resides.
